My very first award. Thank You So Much!

1. Thank the person who nominated me for this award.
2. Copy the award & place it on my blog.
3. Link to the person who nominated me for this award.
4. Tell us 7 interesting things about yourself.
5. Nominate 7 bloggers.
6. Post links to the 7 blogs I nominate.

Okay, seven interesting things...
1. I'm homeschooled through a correspondence school, which I love. I've been attending it since Year 7 and I honestly believe that I have made vast improvements in my education through being homeschooled. Did you know I almost had to repeat Year 1? Now, I've just topped Year 11 in English! TAKE THAT MAINSTREAM TEACHERS! Sorry :)

2. I got my hair cut much like Carey Mulligan's and I love it!
I also have blue/green eyes and light brown hair and I'm 169cm (I've grown so much over the past year, it's unbelievable. A year ago I was 158cm).

3. I've been acting since I was eight years old. When I was nine, I auditioned for the musical, "Oliver Twist" which was touring Australia at the time. I have absolutely no idea who I was auditioning for, but unfortunately I didn't get the role. However, that was when my passion for acting eventuated. At the beginning of 2009, I was also accepted into a Part-Time Drama Course running for a whole year, every Sunday (12pm - 5pm). My final performance for the year is next week.

4. I absolutely adore animals. I have two dogs, a rabbit and a turtle. I've also developed a fascination with dolphins after watching "Dolphin Days" on Animal Planet.

5. I'm obsessed with simplicity, in relation to fashion. This passion was further developed by my mother who manages an independent clothing store.

6. I was forced into attending an etiquette course, and believe it or not, it was probably one of the greatest experiences of my life.

7. When I finish school, I'm still unsure as to what I'd like to pursue. I either want to study Acting, Journalism, Teaching or something revolving around Fashion or Animals. However, I've still got plenty of time to think about that.

Tagging Time:
Okay, here's the deal. See, everybody I know on blogger have already been awarded this 'prestigious' award, and as a result, I'm awarding it to absolutely everybody.
Here you go.
Congratulations.

Before I die ...

So ... I was on kiki and the kaleidoscope and she posted an amazing post with reference to the website, before i die i want to.

"The Before I die I want to... project was inspired by a combination of factors: (1) the “death” of the Polaroid, (2) a psychologist’s tool called safety contracts, and (3) a passion to get people to think about (and act upon) what is really important in their lives through this simple, straight-forward question. "

Here are a few of my favourites, taken from the USA and Hospice sections of the site.

I feel like I have done everything I wanted to do. —Chelsi

I now officially adore this website!
But, what I want to know is - What do YOU want to do before you die?

Also, thank you to everybody for all the lovely comments you have given me about my blog. They're very much appreciated!

Saturday

running around like a clown on purpose.

http://coutequecoute.blogspot.com/

THIS IS GENIUS!
It depicts children in Rodarte, Givency, Chanel, and more. The editorial is from Purple Magazine and it's simply gorgeous. There's a certain youthfulness to children that is meticulously portrayed in this shot; it's perfect. You should definitely check out Coûte Que Coûte. Freaking Fantastic.

OH MY GOODNESS.
And I almost forgot!
I got a haircut, which I absolutely LOVE.

It resembles Carey Mulligan's new short cut:

It's just perfect. It's probably, no wait, definitely the best cut I've ever had.
I'll upload a photo as soon as I can.
I can't wait to get back to the world of blogging.

Sunday

YOU are the champions.

HI GUYS!

Thanks for sticking by me. I've been immensely busy over the past month; you have absolutely no idea. Since my last post, I've done a modelling course; started year 12; rehearsed for a play; got a beautiful pet rabbit, and I'm back for good!
So, last night was Halloween and since I live in Australia; it's not a huge event. So, I sat at home watching films.
How exciting.
Not.
But, next Halloween I really want to dress up as Elphaba from Wicked. And yes, I will paint my skin green hehe.

OR .... Esther from Orphan.

So, that's all from me today because I'm off to rehearsals.
But, I'll be back.

Oh. And, Thank You for your awesome comments. You're great!

Friday

bath time.

So, kind of off the topic of my blog, but today my mum and I washed my dear little dog, Millie. Whilst we were washing her, I decided to take some photos because she looked so freaking adorable.
Here are some of the photos I took:

This is my other dog, Jimmy.
He was obviously jealous.
Anyway ...
before I go, I would just like to thank all of my readers (esp. those who subcribed to my blog), and my dear blogger friends. You guys rock.
Ciao for now.
I promise to keep you posted!

Thursday

come together.

Guys!
So, today has been a fairly eventful day.
To begin, I went to the library and borrowed the most amazing anthology by the Beatles.
GAH!
It's by far the most amazing book I've ever borrowed from the library; hence the reason I've uploaded a few photos from it.

So, if you ever have the chance to borrow or buy this book - GET IT!
Oh my Goodness. It is amazing. I love it so much.
I mean, its definitely the BEST book on the Beatles.
I.
LOVE.
THE.
BEATLES.

Wednesday

i changed the universe.

“When Dad was tucking me in that night and we were
talking about the book, I asked if he could think of a solution to that
problem. “Which problem?” “The problem of how relatively
insignificant we are.” He said, “Well, what would happen if a plane
dropped you in the middle of the Sahara Desert and you picked up a single grain
of sand with tweezers and moved it one millimeter?” I said, “I’d probably
die of dehydration.” He said, “I just mean right then, when you moved that
single grain of sand. What would that mean?” I said, “I dunno,
what?” He said, “think about it.” I thought about it. “I guess
I would have moved a grain of sand.” “Which would mean?” “Which
would mean I moved a grain of sand?” “Which would mean you changed the
Sahara.” “So?” “So? So the Sahara is a vast desert. And it has
existed for million of years. And you changed it!” “That’s
true!” I said, sitting up. “I changed the Sahara!” “Which
means?” he said. “What? Tell me.” “Well, I’m not talking
about moving that one grain of sand one millimeter.” “Yeah?” “If you
hadn’t done it, human history would have been one way…” “Uh-huh?” “but you
did do it, so…?” I stood on the bed, pointed my fingers at the fake stars,
and screamed: “I changed the course of human history!” “That’s
right.” “I changed the universe!”
